Baddie Brand Refund Policy

At Baddie Brand, every piece is made with care and created just for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons related to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changes of mind. However, if something’s off with your order, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.

Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly replace or refund your order if one of the following applies: 

  • Wrong item received (e.g., different design or product than ordered) 
  • Incorrect size or color (if it does not match what was ordered) 
  • Defective or damaged item (e.g., print errors, visible damage, significant flaws) 
  • Missing item from the shipment 

Important: All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Report an Issue

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message: 

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the product and the issue 
  • A brief explanation of the problem 

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and make things right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the issue. In most cases, as a thank you for your patience, we’ll also provide a gift voucher to use on your next purchase.

Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can occasionally take longer.

Non-Returnable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations: 

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing) 
  • Color variation due to screen differences 
  • Minor differences in print placement or sizing 
  • General dissatisfaction with product style or design after delivery 
  • Items returned without contacting us first 

Slight variations in print color or placement are normal with made-to-order items and do not qualify as defects.

Return Shipping

Because we do not accept general returns, return shipping is not applicable in most cases. 

Important: Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as we cannot process unapproved returns. If a return is authorized due to a verified error or defect, we will provide return instructions accordingly.

Shipping Issues or Delays

We are not responsible for: 

  • Delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) 
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout 
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received 

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your carrier or neighbors, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us immediately—we cannot guarantee changes once your order begins processing.
